Education
Career Guidance & Job Placement
Our flagship programme is a 2-hour career guidance session that we run in schools / colleges. In the session we use films, presentations, written work and discussion to cover a variety of topics around careers, courses and goals. Our survey after the session shows that 74% of the students found the session “Very Useful”.

Health Care Services
The first and foremost Sector under which our organization operates is Health. We firmly believe that good health is the foundation for overall well-being. Through various initiatives, we strive to improve access to quality healthcare services, promote preventive measures, and raise awareness about key health issues. Our programs focus on areas such as primary healthcare.
Harassment
Sexual Harassment in Workplace
TSSD is a member in[of] the Internal Compliance Committee/Anti sexual harassment in more than 50 industries in Coimbatore and Tirupur Districts. TSSD, in addition to being a member organization, provides training to industry employees on the prevention of sexual harassment against women and girls at work. The trainers also discuss with the employees.
